Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
QuickResume is a digital subscription service. Because access to paid features is granted instantly on payment and consumed throughout the billing cycle, all subscription fees are non-refundable once the payment has been processed, except in the limited circumstances described below or where required by applicable law.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access to paid features until then.
No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of a billing period. After cancellation, your account automatically reverts to the free plan; your resumes and data are retained.
3. Service Credits in Lieu of Refunds
If you experience a verifiable issue caused by QuickResume (extended downtime, billing error, duplicate charge, or a feature regression that prevents normal use), we may at our discretion issue:
- A pro-rated service credit applied to your next billing cycle, or
- An equivalent extension of your current paid subscription period.
Service credits are the primary remedy for service-quality issues. Refunds in cash are issued only when required by law (e.g. unauthorised charges, double-billing that cannot be resolved by credit).
4. How to Request a Refund or Credit
Submit your request within 7 days of the issue by emailing support@quickresume.online with:
- The email address registered on your QuickResume account
- The Razorpay payment ID or invoice number
- A short description of the issue (screenshots welcome)
We respond to refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Razorpay and typically reach your bank in 5-10 business days.
5. What Is Not Eligible for Refund
- Subscriptions you forgot to cancel before renewal
- Resume downloads, AI credits, or other consumable units already used during the billing period
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content (review and edit AI output before using it; see Terms & Conditions)
- Loss of employment outcomes or interview results — QuickResume does not guarantee any outcome
- Charges incurred from third-party services not billed through QuickResume
6. Free Plan
The free plan is provided at no cost. There is nothing to refund and nothing to cancel — simply stop using the Service or delete your account from the Danger Zone in settings.
7. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge was unauthorised, please contact us first at support@quickresume.online before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We respond promptly and most disputes can be resolved directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes are announced to active subscribers by email.
