1. Digital Service — No Physical Shipping
QuickResume is a fully digital service. We do not sell or ship any physical products. There are no shipping charges, delivery addresses, or courier handovers involved at any point.
2. Delivery of the Service
- Free plan access is delivered immediately when you create an account — no payment required.
- Paid plan access (Pro / Enterprise) is activated within a few seconds of a successful payment confirmation from Razorpay. Increased download quotas, AI credits, and advanced features become available on your account immediately.
- Generated PDFs and JSON exports are delivered through your browser as a direct download from QuickResume's storage. There is no waiting period or external shipping step.
3. If Activation Is Delayed
In rare cases (payment-gateway delay, webhook issue, or temporary service incident), paid features may take longer than usual to activate. If your subscription has not activated within 15 minutes of a successful payment, please write to support@quickresume.online with your Razorpay payment ID. We typically resolve activation issues within one business day.
4. International Use
QuickResume is accessible globally over the public internet. Currency for paid plans is INR, billed through Razorpay. There are no country-specific delivery restrictions because nothing physical is shipped.
